Everyone benefits when you RE-ENROLL VERY EARLY. We’ll be happy knowing that your family will be with us again next summer. Your benefits include:

Available exclusively to Summer 2025 families. Reserve the weeks you want, ahead of the crowd.
Save $75 per week off the prices listed on our VERE Schedule of Fees on enrollments of 4 weeks or more.
In addition to weekly savings, qualified enrollments also save with sibling and/or 6, 7 and 8-week discounts. For 8-week enrollments, this equals a total savings of $1,065 for your first child and $1,525 for the first sibling.
Payments will be spread over 7 months ending on May 1. You can always accelerate payments to suit your needs.
You’ll be one of the first families to have a chance to add any new programs that we may announce.

PAYMENT DETAILS

A $150 non-refundable registration fee, per child, with application
The balance divided into equal payments due on:
October 15, November 15, January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, May 1.
Please note, there is no payment due in December.

TERMS OF VERY EARLY RE-ENROLLMENT

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $150 per camper.
To qualify for the VERE discount, each camper must be registered for 4 weeks or more.
Applications must be submitted on or before Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
Additional weeks added after September 30 will be billed according to the current discount plan, if any.
Weeks may be cancelled without penalty until April 1. From April 2 through May 1, weeks may be cancelled with a $50 fee per cancelled week.
Swapping weeks on or before May 1 will be permitted, subject to availability.
The final deadline to make any changes to your child’s enrollment including cancelling or swapping weeks is May 1. After May 1, any loss incurred for enrolled weeks not attended, in part or in whole, is solely yours as is any outstanding liability.
Any discounts which may have been applied will be forfeited if the balance due is received after May 1.
We reserve the right to cancel this enrollment in its entirety if full payment is not received on or before May 1.
A 5% charge applies to any refunds issued for any reason.
