About the Event

Got Leadership?

Of course you do! What does that mean?

Leadership starts with showing up. Current 8th and 9th graders and their parents are invited to spend an hour with us on Thursday, February 18, and see for yourself. By the time the session is over, you'll know if the program is right for you; you're also welcome to bring a friend.

Young Leaders enjoy six weeks of fun, experience real camp responsibility, and participate in self-development. You will learn by doing and gain skills that make a confident person. Leadership provides the opportunity to become CPR / First Aid certified and improve your public speaking skills, among other valuable traits. Successful completion of the Leadership Experience, a 6-week commitment from 7/5 - 8/13, qualifies you to apply for a job and a staff shirt.

We Take Tremendous Pride In Our Graduates

Our Leadership alumni are so successful that there are graduates in nearly every position at camp and on our year-round staff. Now it's your turn. Take the first step and join us on February 18.

The Leadership Experience is not a CIT (counselor-in-training) program and there is a cost to attend
